Until 11:00, the following: ★Please go up to the entrance on the 6th floor by the outside stairs from the sign.
Since floors other than the 6th floor are open at 11:00, the entrances on the 1st floor are closed until 11:00.
※The outdoor stairs will open from 9:30, so please line up along the stairs from the 6th floor.
※Please use the elevator / WEST elevator (next to LE LABO) on the Koen-dori St. side elevator / WEST elevator (next to LE LABO) only for customers who are difficult to visit by stairs, such as strollers and wheelchair users.
※Both the elevators on the Koen-dori St. side and the WEST elevators will not be stopped on the 6th floor until 10:00.
After Shibuya PARCO opens after 11:00, please use the elevators and escalators inside the building and come to the store. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
