<How to use the cafe>
For the following schedule, which is expected to be crowded, advance reservations for "Café Reservation Numbered Tickets" will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket service "LivePocket-Ticket-".
Please refer to the following for details on how to apply for advance reservations.
<Café pre-reservation schedule>

※Since the store closes at 18:00 on December 31, 2024 (L.O. FOOD 17:00/DRINK17:30), the last time is 16:30.
※Shibuya PARCO will be closed on January 1 and 2, 2025, so our store will be closed.

<About the "Cafe Reservation Ticket">
● We will accept reservations for cafe reservation numbered tickets for advance reservations at "LivePocket-Ticket-". Reservations are free.
● One cafe reservation ticket is required per person. Please prepare a numbered ticket for the number of people who will enter the cafe.
● You can apply up to 4 tickets per application.
● You can apply for only one hour per person per day. If multiple applications are discovered per day, all applications will be invalidated.
● If pre-school children need seats, please include them in the number of seats and ask for the required numbered ticket. A numbered ticket is required for children of elementary school age or older.
● You can apply for a cafe reservation numbered ticket until the day of use only if there are vacant seats.
<Notes when applying for a reservation>
● In order to apply, you need to register as a live pocket member. Please make a reservation after registering as a member.
● Applications can be made from a smartphone or PC.
● When registering as a member, you will need to use a mobile phone number. Thank you for your understanding.
● After the application for this ticket is completed, the date and time of the numbered ticket cannot be changed. In addition, we will not accept cancellations or changes in the date and time due to customer's convenience, so please understand beforehand and apply.
● The QR code on the ticket can only be used once, so please be careful when handling it. Tickets cannot be reissued.
● Replacement of this ticket, resale for commercial purposes, and exhibition at online auctions are not allowed. In addition, we are not responsible for any problems related to these issues.
● There is a possibility that the business hours of the store may be changed or closed.
<Flow after reservation application>
● When the reservation application is completed, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered in "LivePocket-Ticket-".
● Please receive a "Reservation ticket with QR code" from the URL described in the e-mail. Please present the screen on which the QR code is displayed or the paper printed with the QR code on the day.
● On the day, we will authenticate the reservation numbered ticket (read QR code) before entering the store, so be sure to bring your "Reservation ticket with QR code". In addition to presenting on a smartphone, it is also possible to print out. You cannot enter the store by presenting other than QR tickets such as e-mail. If certification is not possible, we may refuse entry.
<Meeting time and method of entering the store>
● Cafe reservation tickets are divided by meeting time every 30 minutes each time. For the first time, 10:05 will be the meeting time (10:05, 10:30, 11:00)...Last 19:30 * Last 16:30 on December 31 only)
● Please gather in front of Shibuya PARCO 6F TOKYO PARADE goods&cafe at least 5 minutes before the meeting time indicated on the ticket. At the instructions of the staff, please line up in the waiting column at the store in order of number. After that, we will start accepting tickets and perform ticket authentication (QR code reading). Please show the QR code of the reservation ticket to the staff.
● If you have a reservation numbered ticket with a meeting time of 10:05, please gather at the cafe after Shibuya Parco opens. We will not organize customers before the opening of Parco.
● The cafe reservation numbered ticket is a numbered ticket for you to line up in the waiting queue. We do not promise to enter the store at the time indicated or purchase original goods. Please note that it may take some time to enter the store during congestion.
●There is a limited number of seats available for each time zone. If you are unable to gather at the meeting time indicated on the cafe reservation ticket, the serial number of the ticket will be invalidated and will be lined up at the end of the entry line.
● The cafe is not a replacement system, but when it is crowded, the seat usage time will be up to 60 minutes.
● You can use the goods shop with a cafe without reservation in advance. However, depending on the congestion situation, admission restrictions or numbered tickets may be distributed. Even if you are forming a waiting line for the goods shop and distributing numbered tickets, customers who use the cafe on the day will be given priority if you present the cafe receipt at the goods shop entrance. This is valid only once on the day.
