<Information on Cafe Reservation Ticket>

※Only preschool children and parents can enter

 

●One cafe reservation ticket is required per person. Please prepare a reservation numbered ticket for the number of people who will enter the cafe.
●You can apply for a cafe reservation numbered ticket from the Lawson Ticket special URL shown below. In addition, you can apply without reservation from Lawson and Loppi in Ministop store.
Please read the notes on this site before purchasing.

●A clear card (6 types in total) will be given to customers who come to the cafe after making a reservation in advance at a random time per person. You can't choose a picture. In addition, if you enter the store with a "numbered ticket for the day (free)", you will not be eligible for the reservation benefits.
●The cafe is not a replacement system, but when it is crowded, the seat usage time will be up to 60 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.

●Cafe reservation numbered tickets are divided by meeting time every 30 minutes.

●If you have made a reservation, please come to the cafe store at least 5 minutes before the meeting time indicated on the face of the ticket.
●Customers who purchase a numbered ticket on the Lawson Ticket website must issue a [paper ticket] at Lawson or Ministop stores before coming to the store. You will not be able to enter the cafe by presenting a reservation completion email or a settlement completion email.
●If there is a remaining seat in the pre-sale of the "Cafe Reservation Ticket with Novelty", we will prepare a "numbered ticket for the day (free)" at the venue (cafe store). We will inform you if you have a "numbered ticket for the day" available on the store's Twitter account (@ TOKYO_PARADE_).

●If preschool children need seats, please include them in the number of seats and ask for the required numbered ticket. Although the number is limited, children's chairs are also available at the store. Please ask the staff on the day.

●There is no reservation required for the goods shop attached, and customers who do not enter the cafe can use it. However, during times when congestion is expected, "Goods Shop Admission Numbered Ticket" may be issued. Details will be announced on this website.

<Information on how to enter the cafe>

 

Customers who purchase the cafe reservation numbered tickets must gather in front of Shibuya PARCO 6F TOKYO PARADE goods & cafe by the meeting time indicated on the ticket.
Please line up at the store in order of the number indicated on the reservation numbered ticket.
If there is an entry line for customers in the previous time zone, please line up after the end of the line.

 

※If you are purchasing a numbered ticket for a meeting time of 10:05, please gather at the cafe store after opening Shibuya PARCO.
※If you are unable to gather at the meeting time indicated on the cafe reservation ticket, the serial number of the ticket will be invalidated and will be lined up at the end of the entry line.
※The cafe reservation numbered ticket is only a numbered ticket for you to line up in the waiting queue. It is not always possible to enter the store at the meeting time indicated. You may have to wait about 30 minutes when it is crowded. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
※The cafe reservation numbered ticket is valid only for the meeting time on the day indicated. If you are unable to come to the store after the meeting time, you may be refused entry.
※After purchasing the cafe reservation numbered ticket, the date and time of purchase cannot be changed. In addition, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to customer's convenience, so please understand before applying.

"Cafe Reservation Ticket with Novelty" will be sold in advance on Lawson Tickets for all dates.

General release date (first-come-first-served): 2024/11/4 (Mon/holiday) 12:00~

<Notes on application>

・Cafe reservation numbered tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at Lawson Ticket's special website, Lawson, and Loppi in Ministop stores. Please be sure to read the notes before purchasing, and apply from the URL or Loppi described on the official cafe website.

・Cafe reservation numbered tickets will be sold at Lawson Ticket's special website, Lawson, and Loppi in Ministop stores up to 2 days before the general release.

・You can apply for up to 4 cafe reservation tickets for each meeting time per person.

・If you wish to visit a group of 5 or more people, please purchase a reservation numbered ticket for the same day and simultaneous period, and if you can come together on the day, we will guide you to the same table.

・After purchasing the cafe reservation numbered ticket, the date and time of purchase cannot be changed under any circumstances.
・Transfers and exchanges of cafe reservation tickets, resales for commercial purposes, and exhibitions at online auctions are strictly prohibited. In addition, we are not responsible for any problems related to these issues.
・Cafe reservation numbered tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, such as loss or theft of paper tickets.
・If you forget your paper ticket on the day, we will refuse to enter the store.
