<How to use the cafe>
For the following schedule, which is expected to be crowded, advance reservations for "Café Reservation Numbered Tickets" will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket service "LivePocket-Ticket-".
Please refer to the following for details on how to apply for advance reservations.
<Café pre-reservation schedule>
Saturday, June 22 and 23 (Sun)
※For dates other than the above, you can use the cafe without reservation in advance.
<Start date and time of advance reservation acceptance> 6/15 (Sat) 12:00~ ※First-come, first-served basis
<Cafe Reservation Ticket Reservation Method>
● We will accept reservations for cafe reservation numbered tickets for advance reservations at "LivePocket-Ticket-". Reservations are free.
● One cafe reservation ticket is required per person. Please prepare a numbered ticket for the number of people who will enter the cafe.
● You can apply for only one hour per person per day. If multiple applications are discovered per day, all applications will be invalidated.
● You can apply up to 2 tickets per application. If you wish to visit the store with more than 3 people, please prepare a reservation numbered ticket for the number of passengers on the same day and at the same time.
● You can apply for a cafe reservation numbered ticket until the day of use only if there are vacant seats.
※After the application for the cafe reservation numbered ticket is completed, the date and time of the reservation cannot be changed. In addition, we will not be able to respond to cancellations due to customer's convenience, so please understand and apply.
<Meeting time and method of entering the store>
● Cafe reservation tickets are divided by meeting time every 30 minutes each time. （10:00、10:30...Last time at 19:30)
When the meeting time indicated on the reservation ticket is reached, reception will start and ticket authentication (QR code reading) will be performed. Please show the QR code of the reservation ticket to the staff and line up in the waiting queue at the cafe store.
● The number shown on the ticket is not a reference number in the order of entry. We will guide you to the cafe sequentially in the order that you have lined up in the waiting queue at the store.
● The cafe reservation numbered ticket is a numbered ticket for you to line up in the waiting queue. The meeting time indicated on the ticket is not necessarily the time when you can enter the store. Please note that it may take some time to enter the store during congestion.
● There is a limited number of seats available for each time zone. If 30 minutes have passed from the meeting time indicated on the ticket, it will be treated as cancellation and we will refuse entry to the cafe. Thank you for your understanding.
ex.) For tickets with a meeting time of 10:00, you can line up in the waiting queue at the cafe store between 10:00 and 10:30. Visits after 10:30 will be treated as cancellations.
● The cafe is not a replacement system, but when it is crowded, the seat usage time will be up to 60 minutes.
● You can use the goods shop with a cafe without reservation in advance.
・The QR code on the ticket can only be used once, so please be careful when handling it. Tickets cannot be reissued.
・We ask that you follow the instructions of the staff at the venue.
