[Efforts to Safety and Security]
・We have prepared seats with appropriate intervals. Please note that the number of seats available is limited.
・In the store, we will carry out regular patrol disinfection, as well as when customers are replaced.
・Store staff will wear a mask or face guard to respond.
・We pay close attention to the health management of store staff.
・Cash trays will be used to deliver cards and money.
・When the cafe is crowded, numbered tickets may be available.
・The goods shop may be restricted depending on the congestion situation.

 

 

【Request to customers who visit us】
・Please cooperate with wearing a mask when visiting the store.
・For customers who use the cafe, we will check the temperature with a contactless thermometer when entering the store. If you have a body temperature of 37.5°C or higher, or if you are ill, we will refuse to enter the store.
・If you have a cold symptom such as fever and you are worried about your physical condition, please refrain from visiting the store.
・Alcohol disinfectant is installed, so please disinfect your hands when entering the store.
・Please consider securing social distance in the store and aisles.
・Please enjoy conversation with other customers after consideration.
・We ask that you cooperate with guidance signs for "prevention of infectious diseases and prevention of spread" at stores and guidance by employees.
・Service contents may differ from normal business hours.

You can use the cafe without reservation. We do not accept reservations for seats.

However, when it is crowded, the seat usage time may be 60 minutes. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

■How to call a numbered ticket in the cafe when crowded

We may issue a numbered ticket when it is crowded.

When issuing a numbered ticket, please receive one numbered ticket per set at the ticketing machine at the store, and register your e-mail address using the following method.

※Café admission tickets will be issued to reduce the waiting time for customers. After calling the number, please line up again at the cafe store and wait until you enter the store. Please note that depending on the timing of return, you may have to wait about 30 minutes to 1 hour before entering the store.

②Press the "Agree and Register Call" button

⑤To move to the LINE link confirmation screen, press "Agree"

⑥If you receive a notification of completion of call registration from TOKYO PARADE good & cafe, registration is complete.

⑦When you receive a notice of call, please come to the end of the store entrance line
